HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCTS?
We at TagMyTee strive to give you a great quality product. However, in the unlikely event of you receiving an incorrect / damaged product, you can mail us at email@example.com and we shall help you further.
Please don't forget to mention your contact details and order number in your mails and your shipments.
Items will have to be unused and returned in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Products purchased during special offers are not eligible for return / exchange.
International orders are not eligible for return / exchange unless an incorrect product has been delivered.
WHAT IS OUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
Exchanges can happen only when approval is received from us by mail. Exchange is possible only in case of a size error. In such circumstances, the customer will have to send us the product via a cost-effective courier company or registered post. The receipt of the courier company or registered post must be shared over mail with us. We will dispatch the same product in the requested size after we receive your product. In rare circumstances of non-availability, we will issue a credit voucher which could be used on your next order.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURNING THE PRODUCTS?
Yes, you will have to bear the postal charges for sending your products back to us in case there is a size issue or any other problem you face with the product. Please refer our size chart before you order to avoid size errors.
If there's a mistake made by us while dispatching your order, in such cases you will not have to bear any expenses.
I HAVE RECEIVED A WRONG / DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. HOW DO I PROCEED?
If the order dispatched had a defective product or a size mismatch compared to the size ordered for, then in such situations we will issue a credit voucher for the courier expenses paid by you, which can be used on your next order. We might arrange for a reverse pickup also in case there was a mistake made by us. Please let us know by mail and we shall assist you if your area is in the list of serviceable pin codes.
CAN I GET A REFUND ON A CANCELLED ORDER?
Refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days. Customer can cancel the order only within 1 hour after placing the order. Refund will be processed only on orders cancelled before they are dispatched.
No refund will be issued for exchange or return orders, once the order is delivered to the customer. The customer can only apply for an exchange in the process mentioned above once the product is delivered.
